Fulfillment Policy for GrowthCommunity


Welcome to GrowthCommunity! This fulfillment policy outlines our approach to delivering our services, coaching, and digital products. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.


  • Payment and Delivery: All services must be paid for upfront. After payment, we will provide the agreed-upon services as per the scope defined at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds for services are available within the first 15 days of purchase. You may receive up to 75% of the total cost of the project back. After 15 days, services are non-refundable.

Digital Products

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically and are designed to integrate seamlessly into your community.
  • Refund Policy: Once digital products have been installed into the client's community, they are not eligible for refunds. Please review your purchase carefully before installation.


  • Scheduling and Delivery: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in accordance with the agreement made at the time of purchase. We strive to accommodate your schedule and provide the highest quality coaching experience.
  • Refund Policy: You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of your coaching program. Should you find the coaching unsatisfactory, you may request a refund within this period.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email jordan@growthcommunity.co with the subject line "Refund". Include your name, the service or product purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Processing: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

GrowthCommunity reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. We encourage our clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our fulfillment practices.
