What GrowthCommunity does

01

The Growth Partnership

The Growth Partnership is the core offer. GrowthCommunity works done-for-you and done-with-you with an established creator or brand to build the community, turn distribution into recurring revenue, and keep operating it.

02

Community build and launch on Circle

GrowthCommunity architects the community on Circle, migrates an existing one when that is the job, and sets up courses, member onboarding, and the integrations that connect Circle to the rest of the stack. The outcome is a community that can take members, deliver the program, and charge for it, with the pieces talking to each other.

03

Retain and optimize

After launch, the work moves to onboarding, programming, retention, and ascension paths. The outcome is a community members renew in, and a membership that sits at the center of the business rather than beside it.

04

Experts Academy

Experts Academy is a 90-day group accelerator for an established expert who already runs a Circle community, already has an offer and distribution, and will do the implementation. It is not a done-for-you engagement.

What makes GrowthCommunity different

Revenue share, aligned to the outcome

GrowthCommunity uses a revenue share model to align incentives and grow clients’ businesses. A retainer is not the primary model. Traditional agencies that add community as an extra service usually bill for time whether membership revenue shows up or not. This model pays when that revenue does.

One of the first Circle experts

Circle is the platform the team architects, migrates, and launches on. Jordan Godbey was one of the first Circle experts, and Circle lists him as a certified Gold tier partner. We have deep expertise in the platform from day one.

The same three senior operators

The client-facing team is Jordan Godbey, Filip Silic, and David Salvari. The people who scope the work stay on it through launch and the weekly cadence after that.

Validate, build, then stay for retain

Every Growth Partnership runs in order: Kickoff, Validate and Baseline, Build and Launch, then Retain and Optimize. Phase one audits the offer, funnel, and community, sets a revenue baseline, and writes a 90-day roadmap. A one-off setup ends when the spaces exist. This engagement keeps a weekly operating cadence after launch.

Who uses GrowthCommunity

  • Established creators, coaches, and course creators who already have distribution and are ready for a paid community.
  • 6-, 7-, and 8-figure expertise businesses converting an audience into recurring membership revenue on Circle. The homepage describes this proof set as top 6-, 7-, and 8-figure entrepreneurs.
  • Brands and media companies launching a premium peer community. Exit Five is the public example: built on Circle, then run day to day.
  • Existing Circle community owners who need help with growth, retention, and monetization and will implement the work themselves through Experts Academy.

LinkedIn

How it started

Jordan founded GrowthCommunity after years of running digital marketing agencies, then narrowed the work into paid communities on Circle. Filip owns the build, the migration, and the launch. David owns client outcomes and the growth delivery. The three of them are the team on the engagement.

How GrowthCommunity works

01

Kickoff

The engagement starts with a kickoff to align on vision, scope, and what success means. That call sets the work that follows. It is not a template handoff.

02

Validate and baseline

GrowthCommunity audits the current offer, funnel, and community, sets a baseline for revenue, and names the bottlenecks. The output is a 90-day roadmap. Build work follows that baseline, so the team is not designing a community around an offer that has not been checked.

03

Build and launch

The build covers Circle architecture, migration when needed, courses, onboarding, and integrations. The public site describes a community launch in a few weeks on this roadmap. Sprints after that take one flywheel focus at a time: attract, nurture, convert, deliver.

04

Retain and optimize

Once the community is live, the weekly work shifts to retention, onboarding, programming, and ascension. The partnership stays active for as long as both sides continue it. Launch is a phase, not the end of the engagement.

Who you work with

Filip Silic owns Circle architecture and the build. David Salvari runs the client cadence and the growth delivery. Jordan Godbey owns vision, commercial terms, and the creator relationship.

Communication and cadence

Slack and email are the primary channels. The operating rhythm is a weekly sync, with quarterly priority reviews on the longer engagements. GrowthCommunity does not publish a reply-time guarantee. Questions move on Slack and email between those weekly syncs.

Who is it for?
